Service Description:	Provides personal assistance (attendant services) to individuals with disabilities in all areas of daily living activities in their own homes Encourages consumers to achieve and maintain maximum independence and to assume total responsibility for governing their life Develops service plans with an individual and sets up a schedule according to their plan Support provided in the following areas: Personal Skills Banking and shopping Dressing/undressing Exercises (physiotherapy and motion exercises) Housekeeping Laundry Meal preparation Personal hygiene Transferring Management Skills Managing personal finances Hiring, scheduling and managing personal Attendant Using community resources Maintaining a reasonable state of health
