Service Description:	Provides Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy for orthopedic conditions (fractures, post-surgical, acute injuries). Assesses, treats, and educates individuals and families to help relieve pain and restore maximum function
Fees:	There is no cost for the therapy program; there may be some small costs associated with any items purchased from the program (e.g. Orthotics or braces)
Application:	Physician or Nurse Practitioner referral required
Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	People from Northwestern Ontario requiring therapy services for post-surgical hip and knee replacements, shoulder surgery, acute injuries or fractures Referrals are triaged based on priority
