Service Description:	Rehabilitation team that provides support for individuals who require a prosthesis Provides weekly clinics by a Physician, Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Prosthetist, and Social Worker Offers an Amputee Clinic Monday afternoons via Ontario Telemedicine Network as required Provides assessment for suitability for a prosthesis and/or modifications of an existing prosthesis
