Service Description:	In-home supports for the activities of daily living * personal care support workers assist with: medication monitoring bathing, toileting, grooming and dressing escort to appointments light meal preparation walking exercise Day program at home - provides activities and chair exercises to help housebound clients stay engaged for those clients who may not be able to make it out to the on-site Day program

Fees:	$25 per hour
