Service Description:	Program designed to serve older adults with dementia 5 days a week (Mon-Fri), and older adults with mobility difficulties or those who are frail 2 days a week (Tue and Thu) Programs include creative art programs providing opportunities for self-expression comprehensive, multilingual and Montessori approach caregiver respite health promotion and disease prevention through daily seated exercise nutritious meals and snacks provided medication assistance caregiver respite and support organized special events supporting cultural backgrounds seamless provision of 24/7 care through the integration with SUNSET Overnight and Respite Support on-site sensory room
