Service Description:

Provides care for pediatric cancer patients from our community, helping to reduce the amount of time they must travel to Sick Kids Hospital for medical procedures and blood work * all children will continue to be diagnosed in tertiary programs which will develop, monitor and modify their individual treatment plans throughout the course of their care

Services include:

chemotherapy
blood work/blood product transfusions
follow-up care
consultations
education
central line care
blood specimen collection
X-ray, ultrasound tests and CT scans
medication administration
supportive care

Must be referred by oncologist from Sick Kids
