Service Description:	Provides support services for seniors, individuals with critical or long-term illness, and persons with health barriers such as a disability Provides speech and language services support to children attending schools on-reserve Support services include but are not limited to: Adult life enrichment and recreation Basic foot care Homemaking including assistance with meals and cleaning Palliative support Personal care including bathing, washing and dressing Respite care Transportation to medical appointments or errands
