Variety of drop-in and registration-based health promotion, recreational, social and meal programs to help prevent illness and functional decline, increase engagement in the community and improve quality of life * various locations in North Toronto

Community Dining Social activities and a hot meal * activities can include games, crafts and physical activities * program takes place at various locations

Gentle Exercise Classes Group exercise classes for older adults and people with mobility issues * aims to improve strength and balance to prevent injury and falls * helps prevent illness and functional decline * includes a variety of exercise classes, from chair-based gentle exercises to standing low-impact cardio to gentle yoga
