Service Description:	Teaches patients and families about their disease and how to cope with its physical and psychological symptoms * programs are available to help patients stop smoking, lower high blood pressure, cholesterol, and reduce emotional stress Cardiac rehabilitation program exercise training education on heart healthy living counselling to reduce stress Pulmonary rehabilitaion education for clients and their families about lung disease assist clients in learning to cope with the physical, personal and family concerns due to chronic respiratory disease Community asthma clinic offers one-on-one assessments and treatment provided education by certified asthma educators
