Provides 24/7 support to individuals who require more intensive support and supervision. Typically, several individuals reside together in each home with round the clock staff support. *Focus of supports is assistance with activities of daily living with a focus on promoting independence where possible. Additional focus is on community connecting/leisure pursuits, relationship building and assistance to identify and meet self-defined goals. |
