Service Description:	Temporary financial assistance programs: Ontario Works-helps people who are in temporary financial need. This program offers both financial and employment assistance Temporary Care Assistance-refers to assistance that is available to an adult who is caring for a child who is not their natural or adopted child, and they are not receiving money to provide for the child's basic needs from another agency, such as the Children's Aid Society Funeral and Burial-may be available to assist with the costs associated with the funeral and burial of social assistance recipients and low income individuals. In order to assist with these costs, the person requesting the assistance must make the request prior to the funeral taking place Call or visit website for details
