Service Description:	Provides a supportive, temporary home to help individuals build stability and transition to independent living Residents can stay up to one year, while working with a Housing and Homelessness Navigator to create and achieve individual goals Individuals are encouraged to maintain employment, attend school or participate in treatment while residing at the home Staff support varies, based on individual needs and goals Individuals pay a daily rate based on income Home is not supervised 24 hours per day

Fees:	Per individual occupancy agreement

Application:	Self or agency referral; referral form can be accessed on the District of Rainy River Services Board website

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals 18 years of age and older, substance free and willing to participate in HOPE Transitional Housing programs
