Service Description:	Provides supportive housing to self-identified Indigenous adults over the age of 16 who are at risk of becoming homeless, or who are already unhoused Offers access to client support workers, wellness workers, outreach staff, nurse practitioners and other heathcare workers to help ensure the wellness of residents 30 housing units Staff support available 24/7 to support clients Morningstar Detox Centre/Lake of the Woods District Hospital has a presence on-site facilitating a managed alcohol program aimed at assisting individuals experiencing alcoholism
