Service Description:	This service offers a variety of physical, educational, social, and creative activities designed to develop and maintain optimum levels of mental and physical health. Program activities and events provide opportunities for members to meet and to have fun. Participation in program activities assists members to develop and build their self-confidence, learn a variety of skills, increase socialization activities, foster peer support, and belong to a supportive community.

Application:	Self-referrals or community organization referrals are accepted. Call or walk-in during operational hours to complete a referral.
