Service Description:	Personal guidance and referrals to programs, activities and information for children with disabilities, mental health concerns, and other support needs and their families * support for all life stages Topics include: how and where to get an assessment steps to take after receiving a diagnosis funding options services to address speech and language issues, sensory concerns, and social skills family support services, including sibling support, parent groups, and respite common challenges among teens and adults general challenges, including sleep problems, haircuts, eating, and dentist visits
