Service Description:	Assists members with Native membership and registration forms and processes Maintains membership records for Lac Des Mille Lacs First Nation Provides information about current and evolving Indian status changes and issues Acts as a liaison to the Indian Registrar of Indigenous Serices Canada (ISC) May provide assistance in the following matters: Birth certificates and related documents Death certificates Indian registration Marriage licenses and certificates Status card renewals
