Service Description:	Children's Therapy: Play Therapy (ages 4-12) Short and long term directive and non-directive play based therapy to process and address the impacts of witnessing and/or experiencing violence and abuse Youth Counselling (12-29) Short and long term counselling to support youth experiencing challenges to mental wellness Traditional Land Based Therapy, includes practices such as: Family Sweats Traditional Counselling Naming Ceremonies Art Therapy (ages 5-18) Long term creative arts therapy to support children and youth experiencing challenges to mental wellness Family Counselling Family therapy is available in-person or virtual
