Service Description:	Provides non-urgent Mental Health Services to support the different needs of those we serve in Lanark County * Services offered: System Navigation: Help for adults 18 years and over to navigate services in ConnectWell and the broader Community * self-refer or make a referral on behalf of someone else Mental Health Peer Support: Certified Mental Health Peer Supporters assist individuals to work towards personal goals related to their mental health and well-being * Offers support, encouragement, and hope with the insight gained from lived experience * available for those18 years and over through drop-ins, topic specific support groups and individual appointments Counselling Services: Individual counselling available by self-referral only and is time limited Intensive Case Management for Youth: Support for youth in the community by assessing individual needs, supporting then in mental health wellness, and facilitating connections to resources in the ConnectWell and the broader community Wellness Groups: offers several wellness groups, including Managing Powerful Emotions, Stepping Stones to Wellness, WRAP along with many other community groups * For more information about groups, visit www.connectwell.ca
