Service Description:	Fresh meals deliveries on Monday, Wednesday, Friday frozen meals available-delivery on Wednesday or pick up from the office Monday-Friday checking client's wellness report client's needs for assistance to agency will report if there is no response at time of meal delivery follow up with clients in need weekdays only

Fees:	$9.50 per fresh meal * $9.25 per frozen meal

Application:	Call for information and to request service * Arrangements made within 72 hours (does not include the weekends)

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	No restrictions for residents of area served
