Service Description:	The HIV Psychiatry Clinic provides psychiatric consultation and time-limited treatment for adults over age 18 who are experiencing mental health-related illnesses and are living with HIV.

Application:	Referrals accepted from primary care, including family physicians and nurse practitioners. Please complete referral form found on the website and fax it to the clinic.
