Service Description:	Home care support services Services available: respite care for children and adults at home or on site Personal Support Worker (PSW) nursing supports in and after hospital care tutoring available: for children and adults reliable vehicle for recreation and leisure activities (km or gas will apply), valid passport to support travel community supports for recreation, leisure, events, trips, etc.- day, evening, overnight or trip away for a period of time
