Service Description:	Community-based health centre with an Indigenous focus * culturally appropriate programs and services combining traditional and western medical practices * also seeks to improve the social supports and conditions that affect long-term health Residential Programs: trauma recovery individual, group, family and couples counseling diabetic weight control addictions counseling and therapy Non-Residential Programs: youth groups birth and parenting supports healing circles wellness/diabetes/nutritional workshops community training sweat lodges traditional ceremonies and fasting
