Service Description:	Provides counselling, consultation, and wellness programs for employers and employees to help resolve personal and work-related problems Assists with a broad range of concerns, including: Balancing work and family, and more Childcare/parenting Conflicts with co-workers Harassment Personal and/or job stress Relationship issues Separation issues Substance use
