Service Description:	Six month continuing care program with a foundation in 12 step facilitation incorporating CBT, DBT and ACT interventions and skills. Weekly Structured group with periodic individual counselling and experiential social learning. Clients receive invaluable support as they apply the skills, interventions and recovery plans developed in treatment in their lives and transition from treatment to recovery. Program sessions focus on relapse prevention, holistic self-care, and biopsychosocial spiritual education in progressive, sustainable recovery, effective goal setting, emotional processing and healthy maintenance of family, social and professional systems.

Application:	Referrals are accepted from anyone, including self-referrals. Please call for a phone consultation. Individuals must have completed a 12-step abstinence program prior to attending.
