| Service Description: | Consultations to family doctors and other health care professionals regarding children and youth (and their families) who may be experiencing any of a variety of adjustment, emotional, behavioural or family difficulties. Comprehensive assessments provided to children and youth along with their families. | ||
| Application: | Children and youth can be referred by a family doctor, paediatrician or psychiatrist. Referrals are processed through Access CAMH. Families/youth will be encouraged to complete online screening questionnaires in order to help triage effectively. | ||
