| Service Description: | Day program when clients attend every day. Treatment models used are Biopsychosocial, Cognitive-behavioural. Family members can have an appointment for themselves. Clients must not be impaired during appointments. | ||
| Application: | Referrals are accepted from all sources, including self-referrals. All participants will undergo a brief intake assessment to determine program eligibility. To make a referral, please call, email, or complete the online form. Program is open to clients treated at other organizations. | ||
