Service Description: Focuses on offences of youth assault of a parent, sibling or dating partner. Youth are referred to this program at the discretion of a judge and by court order. The 10-week program involves individual counselling as well as group work. RSVP is designed primarily for young people who are not yet entrenched in the criminal justice system.
Application: This program is accessible to youth, who are charged with a domestic-related offence under the Youth Criminal Justice Act (YCJA); have been tried at 311 Jarvis Court, 2201 Finch Court or the Scarborough Court; who have been deemed eligible by the Crown; who agree to participate in the program and who reside in the city of Toronto.
