Service Description:	Offers the option of having a patient's International Normalized Ratio (INR) tested to determine thickness or thinness of the patient's blood Serves as an alternative to going to the hospital lab Uses a "Coagucheck" monitor to offer the point of care (POC) testing Provides new dosage instructions, if required, to patient under a medical directive Provides counselling for managing blood levels with medications, lifestyle choices and diet
