HOPE Adult Day Program Adult day program * social, recreational, and therapeutic activities for ethno-cultural and South Asian frail older adults or adults with cognitive, physical and communicative impairments in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care
 
PACE (People Assisted Community Express) Offers free rides to older adults from their home to community group settings or medical appointment, specifically for participants registered in Human Endeavour's senior programs * whenever possible, match seniors with drivers who speak the same language and share a similar cultural background for a more connected experience
