Clinical outpatient program for youth with emerging mental health or substance use issues Transitional Support - Provides transitional supports and system navigation to youth 16 to 19 years with mental health and/or substance use issues who are moving into the adult system Assessment and Treatment - Provides youth 16 to 25 years with comprehensive assessment and treatment for untreated mental health and/or substance use issues |
