| Service Description: | Outreach counselling is specific to women having experienced abuse, with a particular focus on substance use issues. | ||
| Application: | Self-referrals accepted, call for referral. Referrals for the program are made through the shelter office which is open 24/7. The referral will then be forwarded to the worker who will call the individual within 2 business days to arrange for an appointment. Appointments can be made at the office or in the community. | ||
