Provides victims of violent crime with timely access to urgent financial assistance, services, and resources that cannot be accessed through any other means Financial assistance and paid service may include: funerals, crime-scene clean-up, transportation, temporary accommodation, meals, clothing, incidentals, serious injury supports, etc. Support available to victims of homicide (including attempted murder), serious physical assault, domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking and hate crimes. Timelines for accessing this program after a crime are strictly limited |
