Service Description:	Palliative trained Coordinator does system navigation, client advocacy and support, provides palliative trained volunteers for respite and companionship. Volunteers can also assist by running errands, preparing small meals, assisting with personal care so that the caregiver is confident and comfortable when they are away from their loved one

About Us Two-bed Residential hospice house with care at no cost to family or friends. There is 24 hour care and support for the client while staying within the home provided by hospice clinical staff and volunteers.
