| Service Description: | Provides 16 self-contained units to older adults (55 years and up) with problematic substance use as well as complex care needs such as chronic health conditions, mild dementia arising from long-term alcohol use, social isolation, and criminal justice involvement. Provides specialized geriatric addictions case-management. | ||
