Service Description: Diabetic Advanced foot care provided by a Registered Nurse in a health care setting *foot care includes care of corns, calluses, fungal nails, and filing and trimming of nails
Fees: Assessments are free to clients
Application: Dial ext 7111 to book an assessment * By referral only
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Prediabetes, diabetes and for clients that are at risk
