                        Comprehensive diabetes education for people living with type 2 diabetes and those at risk of developing diabetes (pre-diabetes) The program and services are provided by certified diabetes nurse educators and certified diabetes registered dietitians * group or private appointments are available Educating people with type 2 diabetes to: 
 Educates people at risk of developing diabetes to: 
 Contact the Diabetes Education Program for information. In person appointments are available if required. Currently individual appointments are in person, by phone or Zoom Diabetes Community Outreach: diabetes health education provided at community locations (religious, community organization, school, or work place), for groups of five or more adults living with Type 2 Diabetes or Pre-Diabetes  |
