Service Description: Life-skills counselling for adults who have committed an offence or are at risk of getting involved with the criminal justice system * individual and group sessions * weekly women's only group available * session topics include:
  • anger management
  • assertiveness
  • depression
  • goal setting
  • loneliness
  • loss and grief
  • problem solving
  • self awareness
  • self-esteem
  • stress management

Application: Call * accepts self-referrals or referrals from a lawyer, Crown, probation/parole officer, healthcare professional, counsellor, family member, or community agency
