Fees:	Service - minimal fee per meal

Application:	Must give attendance notice at least 1 week in advance Payment for meal may be due at time of meal or invoiced Must cancel arrangements at least 24 hours in advance

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals 18 years of age and older with specific needs such as disability, illness or injury that require assistance Seniors 65 years of age and older
