Service Description:	Offers rental subsidies to help make finding a home more affordable Recognizes that having a home is a key aspect of recovery for persons living with mental health issues

Application:	Intake process required Must provide proof of income and rental contract

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals 18 years of age and older with mental illness and meet any of the following: Are receiving case management services and are appropriately supported by a community-based service Are on Ontario Works, Ontario Disability Support Program with a rental agreement that exceeds shelter allowance Have a mental illness Are at risk of being charged or have been charged with an offence that is considered low risk Have a problematic issue with substance use
