Service Description:	Provides information and services to individuals and families affected by addictions issues Offers the following services to individuals and families with problems related to alcohol, drugs and/or gambling: Assessment Counselling Education Community-based treatment Aftercare support Family support and education Referrals to residential treatment programs Also holds group workshops for: Gambling Prevention and Awareness Substance Abuse Education

Eligibility - Population(s) Served:	Individuals 12 years of age and older struggling with substance abuse and/or gambling addiction issues Youth under the age of 16 must have a consent form signed by parent or guardian
