Service Description:	Offers a variety of pre/postnatal programs, including support groups, walking groups, individual meetings, and workshops Offers a pre/postnatal community kitchen for parents with a baby under one year of age or expectant moms to cook a healthy meal for their family Provides guest speakers who can give information on various topics, such as prenatal care, labour, birth, and breastfeeding
