Service Description:	Assists in the development and maintenance of community infrastructure Provides support with operations and maintenance related record keeping and evaluation of capital assets Assists in applications for sources for funding of community assets Provides advisory assistance with operation and maintenance of water and wastewater systems in member communities Coordinates required training of water and wastewater operators Additional services can include advisory support on the following systems: Integrated Capital Asset Management System (CAMS) Capital Asset Inventory System (CAIS) Capital Management Database (CMDB) Asset Management Systems (AMS) Asset Condition Reporting System (ACRS) Reporting on the status of asset maintenance
