Service Description:	College community medical clinic Offers regular physician clinics during the academic year Encourages individuals to continue to see their family physician for continuity of care Provides primary health care services including the following: Advisement regarding health requirements for special programs Birth control and free condoms Episodic illness and chronic medical conditions Health counselling on issues such as nutrition, birth control, sexuality, anxiety, stress management, depression Health supervision for special conditions such as asthma, diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy Literature on health issues Wart treatment Massage therapy Physicals such as annual, 3rd party, ministry of transport, aviation Referrals to other physicians or agencies as required Sexually transmitted disease screening and treatment Student supplementary insurance information and claims TB (Tuberculosis) Skin testing Wellness examinations
