Service Description:	Functions as the governing centre for the community; oversees all community programs, services and facilities Activities and services for community members also include but are not limited to the following: Ontario First Nation Policing arrangements through Nishnawbe-Aski Police Services, Northwest Region; local ph: 807-775-9954; fax: 807-775-9955 Child and Family Services worker on-reserve provided through Tikinagan Child and Family Services in Sioux Lookout Hospital services available at Meno Ya Win Health Centre in Sioux Lookout and Margaret Cochenour Memorial Hospital in Red Lake Offers one main Northern Store, three private gas stations, J & D Trading and a few small privately-run businesses Operates a Canada Post postal service Operates a small airport maintained and serviced by the Ministry of Transportation Ontario and served by Wasaya Airways Provides air ambulance services as needed Offers the local Ennis Memorial TV & Radio Station used daily to share community news Co-owns a small run-of-the-river hydro generating station on the Severn River with Hydro One Services and Programs: Extended Health Benefits Ontario Works Public Works Department
