Application: Call, email or drop in; self referral or referral from friends and families, social service agencies and schools, health centres and hospitals, legal or court advocates, or other community networks
Eligibility - Population(s) Served: Vulnerable, at risk youth and young adults 12-25 years and their families who require assistance in dealing with a variety of issues, including mental health challenges, abuse, poverty, conflict in relationships or at school/work, and questions around gender identity and healthy sexuality
