Service Description:

    Community-based services for adults and children with intellectual disabilities including accommodation, employment, planning and family support:
    • supported group and independent living - one-on-one or group living settings include residential homes with 24-hour support, and independent supported living
    • family support services - assistance for families to access community services such as school and life transition planning and resources for respite care for the family member with an intellectual disability living at home
    infant and child development - an early intervention, family-based service for infants and young children at risk of delay
