caregiverexchange.ca is an on-line community being developed to support those living in South West Ontario who are caring for a family member or friend of any age who is facing disabling, chronic, acute or terminal health issues.

The site provides caregivers with information about programs, services and supports in the community, including news, trends and other issues related to caregiving. Central to the site is a blog about caregiving that encourages dialogue while also providing opportunities to seek and share support.

A mini-site of thehealthline.ca, the leading source of health service information in South West Ontario, the caregiverexchange.ca is a new initiative funded by the South West Local Health Integration Network (SW LHIN).

caregiverexchange.ca will also provide support to the SHARE THE CARE™ model of care giving that helps people pool their talents, time and resources to support a friend facing a health crisis.
