The Share The Care™ model of care helps a group of people pool their talents, time and resources to form a care group to help look after a seriously ill person that they all know.

Unfortunately, it's not uncommon for a caregiver to try to do it all themselves. They may be uneasy about asking others for help or accepting offers of assistance. They may even feel that there is no one they can ask for help. Often times, their own well being is compromised in the process of caring for their family member or friend. But with Share The Care™ that doesn't have to be the case.
