27 suggestions on how to be happier from author Gretchen Rubin on today's Friday Bounce. Rubin spent a year "test-driving" happiness theories and research findings and reached the following conclusion: "You can be happier. You don't have to move to a desert island, you don't have to stop shopping." She says doing little things every day can make us feel happier adding that she's definitely happier now than she was before she started her project. Rubin published her findings in a memoir entitled The Happiness Project. You can also find more information at happiness-project.com

Remember, it's not about being happy all of time, it's about being happier. Here's wishing you a good weekend!
