Getting to the heart of the matter

Some people have a knack for getting others to open up. As a caregiver, you know how challenging it can be sometimes to get to the heart of the matter. Art Linkletter was a master at this. He loved working with children because of their innocence and honesty. Mr. Linkletter passed away this week at the age of 97. If you've ever had a kid say 'the darndest thing' moment, you'll appreciate today's Bounce. Have a good weekend and be sure to take five for yourself.
